How it works

From the first invitation to the last photo, everyone knows where to look.

Create the page

Trip name, start, meeting point, route, difficulty and distance, what to bring. In Arabic, English or both.

Share the link

One link for WhatsApp, Messages or wherever your group talks. Guests can add the trip to their calendar and open directions from the page.

Seats count themselves

Everyone RSVPs with their seats. When the trip is full a waitlist starts, and you hand out seats as they open.

The album, after

Open a private album of photos and video to the people who RSVP'd. Keep the group’s photos and videos together at the same trip link.

A little less admin

The details, without the back-and-forth.

A plan everyone can find

Meeting point, route, packing list, meals and return time. Keep the useful details on the trip page instead of repeating them in the chat.

A seat count you can follow

Set a capacity, collect each guest’s seat count and manage the waitlist. When a place opens, choose who to move onto the trip.

Paid trips, too

Add a per-seat price in your own currency. Guests pay you directly the way you say, by card when checkout is configured, or by CliQ in Jordan, and you confirm payments from your dashboard.

Start somewhere good

Your next trip starts here.

Start from a ready-made day hike, beach day or camping weekend, or a complete Jordan itinerary, then edit it for your group. Add your date, capacity and any trip cost before sharing.

For the people who were there

The trip ends. The memories stay.

The album is private: guests verify their email with a one-time code. You choose whether access is limited to the RSVP list or open to any verified guest. No ads, no tracking, and the page and everything in it is deleted on request.

How album privacy works

Before you head out

Is creating a trip page free?

Free while we welcome the first groups. No card needed. Any trip cost set by the organiser is separate from the price of creating a page.

Do guests need an app or an account?

No app or account is needed to RSVP. To open the album, guests verify their email with a one-time code.

Are trips public?

Trip pages are unlisted: anyone with the link can view and share them, but there is no public directory. The photo album requires email verification.

What about the emergency contact?

An optional field the guest fills in; only the organiser sees it, in the dashboard and the export.

How long does a page stay up?

Twelve months from publishing, then it archives: the link keeps working for the photos and stops taking RSVPs.

Does it work outside Jordan?

Yes. Every trip has its own time zone, currency and units (kilometres or miles), set from where you are and changeable in the builder.
